We want to introduce our concept of hospitality, which is what Sa Domu restaurant is based on: Slow Food is committed to promoting the right to pleasure and to good, clean and fair food for everyone, as part of the search for prosperity and happiness for current and future humanity and for the entire living network. 

 

We also want those who frequent our restaurant to know that our cuisine and our way of preparing and cooking food is absolutely against waste, in our country they say “nothing is thrown away” and we literally don’t throw anything away. For example, all vegetable and bone scraps are used to prepare Demi-glacé sauce, used as a base to prepare well-known sauces such as ragù alla bolognese. a way to enrich our dishes with flavor.
